Samsung has quietly unveiled its new budget smartphone, the Galaxy M07, by listing it on its official website.
The device brings a solid mix of performance, display quality, and camera capabilities, making it an attractive choice in the affordable smartphone segment.
The Galaxy M07 features a 6.7-inch LCD display with a 720×1600 resolution and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate, delivering a vibrant and responsive viewing experience for streaming, gaming, and everyday use. On the camera front, it comes equipped with a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor on the back, while an 8MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, a reliable 4G processor designed for efficient performance and multitasking. It is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded via a microSD card. The phone also houses a 5,000 mAh battery, promising all-day usage on a single charge.
Samsung has added some practical features to the M07, including an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Despite its powerful internals, the phone maintains a slim 7.6mm profile.
A major highlight of the Galaxy M07 is Samsung’s commitment to software support. The device will receive six major Android updates and six years of security patches, ensuring long-term reliability and up-to-date features — a rare offering in the budget category.
Currently, the Galaxy M07 is listed only in black and is not yet available for purchase, but users can register on Samsung’s official website to be notified once sales begin.
Interestingly, the M07 is almost identical to the Galaxy A07 4G, which launched earlier in August, offering the same specifications under a different name in the M-series lineup.
With its balanced performance, long-lasting battery, and extended software support, the Samsung Galaxy M07 is set to become a strong contender in the entry-level smartphone market.
