Earlier reports suggested the standard “vanilla” Galaxy S26 might be renamed as the Galaxy S26 Pro, but according to the latest information, Samsung has abandoned that plan and will continue with the original naming scheme.

According to a new report from reliable industry sources, the Galaxy S26 will measure 149.5 x 71.6 x 7.24 mm, with the camera bump extending to 10.44 mm in thickness. This marks a slight increase from the earlier leaked measurements of 149.3 x 71.4 x 6.96 mm, indicating that Samsung has made minor tweaks to the final design before production.
While the changes may seem minimal, the slightly larger frame could hint at a modest battery upgrade, though Samsung has historically been conservative with battery capacity increases. Compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy S25, the S26 is now a bit taller, wider, and marginally thicker, giving it a sturdier hand feel.

The Galaxy S26 is expected to retain a flat display, complemented by a refined triple rear camera setup.
