While the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is not expected to launch before 2026, leaks are already building excitement about the upcoming flagship.

The latest reports focus on its design and dimensions, hinting at subtle but noticeable changes compared to the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

According to reliable tipster UniverseIce, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will measure 163.4mm in height and 77.9mm in width, making it slightly larger than its predecessor. For context, the Galaxy S25 Ultra was 162.8mm tall and 77.6mm wide. This means Samsung’s next-generation Ultra will be 0.6mm taller and 0.3mm wider.

Alongside the leak, UniverseIce shared a mockup comparing the Galaxy S25 Ultra with the rumored S26 Ultra. While both devices appear to feature similarly slim bezels, the S26 Ultra introduces a design change with more rounded corners. This aligns with earlier leaks suggesting Samsung is moving away from sharp edges, opting instead for a sleeker, more ergonomic look.

The adjustment in dimensions also hints at the possibility of a slightly larger display. Since the bezels are expected to remain nearly the same as the S25 Ultra, the increased height and width could translate into more screen real estate on the Galaxy S26 Ultra. This could enhance the multimedia experience while maintaining a comfortable grip, thanks to the refined corner design.

Rounded corners may also improve durability, as devices with less angular edges tend to handle drops better. Combined with Samsung’s focus on display innovation, the S26 Ultra could set a new benchmark for premium smartphone design when it arrives.

Although it is still early in the rumor cycle, these leaks suggest that Samsung is preparing to refine its Ultra lineup rather than overhaul it completely. Fans can expect incremental improvements in size, design, and usability, setting the stage for a polished successor to the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

With more leaks certain to emerge in the coming months, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is already shaping up to be one of the most anticipated smartphone launches of 2026.
