Samsung Electronics has introduced the world’s first 130-inch Micro RGB TV, the R95H model, at CES 2026, marking a major leap forward in ultra-premium home entertainment technology.
The new display represents Samsung’s largest Micro RGB television to date and showcases a bold design philosophy that blends cutting-edge engineering with artistic aesthetics.
According to Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics, the new model reflects the company’s longstanding commitment to innovation. He stated that Micro RGB technology delivers Samsung’s highest standard of picture quality, and the 130-inch variant takes that vision to the next level by reviving a premium design approach introduced over a decade ago.
The 130-inch Micro RGB TV stands out with its commanding scale and gallery-inspired “Timeless Frame” design, which transforms the screen into an architectural centerpiece rather than a conventional television.
Inspired by the look of a grand window, the display appears to float within its refined frame, visually expanding the room while offering an immersive viewing environment. The frame also integrates sound technology tailored to the screen’s size, ensuring natural alignment between audio and visuals for a cinematic experience.
On the performance side, the new model is powered by Samsung’s latest Micro RGB AI Engine Pro, Micro RGB Color Booster Pro and Micro RGB HDR Pro. These AI-driven features enhance contrast, refine details, and enrich color accuracy across both bright and dark scenes, delivering lifelike realism.
The TV also supports Micro RGB Precision Color 100 with 100% BT.2020 wide color gamut coverage and is certified by Germany’s Verband der Elektrotechnik (VDE) for precise color reproduction.
To further improve visual clarity, Samsung has equipped the display with its proprietary Glare Free technology, helping maintain consistent color and contrast in various lighting environments. The TV additionally supports HDR10+ ADVANCED and Eclipsa Audio for enhanced sound and visual performance.
Beyond picture quality, the 130-inch Micro RGB TV features Samsung’s upgraded Vision AI Companion, offering conversational search, proactive suggestions, and access to AI-powered tools and applications such as AI Football Mode Pro, AI Sound Controller Pro, Live Translate, Generative Wallpaper, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity.
