Acclaimed Irish-American actress Saoirse Ronan has earned another prestigious honor with a nomination at the BAFTA Scotland Awards 2025.
Recognized for her powerful performance in The Outrun, Ronan is competing in the Actress Film/Television category, further solidifying her reputation as one of the most talented performers of her generation.
At this year’s BAFTA Scotland event, Ronan finds herself in remarkable company. Fellow nominees include Tilda Swinton for The End, Karen Gillan for Douglas Is Cancelled, Anna Prochniak for The Tattooist of Auschwitz, Catherine McCormack for Lockerbie: A Search for Truth, and Izuka Hoyle for Big Boys. The Outrun tells the emotional story of a woman returning home after addiction recovery.
