KARACHI, August 15, 2025 – The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has unveiled a special Rs75 commemorative coin to pay tribute to the courage and sacrifices of Pakistan’s armed forces during the historic Marka-e-Haq, while also marking Independence Day with national pride.

The front side of the coin features a waxing crescent moon and five-pointed star, facing northwest in a rising position. The upper periphery carries the inscription “Islami Jamhuria Pakistan” in Urdu, while the year “2025” appears below the crescent, framed by two wheat sprigs. The numeral “75” is placed boldly on the right, and the word “Rupia” in Urdu script appears on the left.
Reverse Design:
The reverse side highlights the inscription “Marka-e-Haq” in Urdu, with “2025” in numerals. The slogan “Pakistan Hamesha Zindabad” is written along the upper periphery. Prominently depicted are two fighter aircraft, one naval ship, and a Multiple Rocket Launcher System (MRLS), symbolizing the tri-service strength of the armed forces.
