Veteran Canadian actor Scott Hylands, best known for portraying Detective Kevin “O.B.” O’Brien in the television crime drama Night Heat, has died at the age of 83.
The news of Hylands’ passing was announced by his son, Luke Hylands, in an emotional post shared on Instagram. Accompanied by a collection of family photographs, Luke paid tribute to his father, remembering him as an accomplished actor, director, writer and storyteller.
