Sean Diddy Combs, who has been behind bars since last year, is now facing fresh allegations from his longtime business partner, Kirk Burrowes. The 55-year-old disgraced rapper and music mogul, best known for founding Bad Boy Entertainment, has been accused of a disturbing pattern of misconduct.
Burrowes, a co-founder of Bad Boy Entertainment, filed an 18-page complaint against Sean Diddy Combs on Friday, February 28th. In his legal filing, Burrowes detailed what he described as a “deeply disturbing pattern” of sexual abuse, violence, and coercion at the hands of his former business partner.
According to court documents obtained by People Magazine, Sean Diddy Combs allegedly subjected Burrowes to “repeated sexual harassment, physical aggression, and forced compliance with degrading sexual acts,” even during business meetings. The complaint further claims that Sean Diddy Combs used physical violence, blackmail, career sabotage, and financial extortion to pressure Burrowes into relinquishing his 25% ownership stake in Bad Boy Entertainment.
This latest legal filing adds to the mounting accusations against Sean Diddy Combs, many of which surfaced after his arrest in September of last year. The music mogul, once a dominant figure in the industry, was taken into custody on charges including sexual abuse, trafficking, racketeering, and engagement in prostitution.
Burrowes’ lawsuit also follows a separate complaint he previously filed against Sean Diddy Combs’ mother, Janice Combs, accusing her of fraudulent activity to seize control of his 25% stake in Bad Boy Entertainment. This legal battle further complicates the already controversial case surrounding the hip-hop mogul.
