Taking to Instagram on Thursday, February 19, Gomez shared a 20-slide photo dump titled “Random,” featuring candid snapshots from different phases of her life. The final image in the carousel captured her arm adorned with nearly 15 friendship bracelets — a cherished fan tradition at Swift’s concerts. A visible wristband from SoFi Stadium confirmed the picture was taken during Swift’s August 2023 shows in California.
Beneath the stadium band, fans also noticed another wristband reading “1989 Taylor’s Version,” referencing Swift’s re-recorded album, one of the final releases before she regained ownership of her masters in 2025.
This was not the only Eras Tour stop Gomez attended. In April 2023, she brought her younger sister, Gracie, to witness Swift’s three-hour spectacle in Arlington, Texas, further highlighting their longtime friendship.
The nostalgic post also included throwback photos, inspirational sticky notes commonly seen at Gomez’s Rare Beauty offices, and a tender moment shared with her husband, Benny Blanco, whom she married in September 2025. Swift famously served as a bridesmaid at their wedding.
Gomez is expected to return the favor later this year, as Swift prepares to marry Travis Kelce, marking another milestone in their enduring friendship.
