Shania Twain is revisiting her remarkable journey with a new audiobook edition of her memoir and an expanded version of her latest album.

Shania Twain is revisiting the highs and lows of her remarkable life this autumn with two major releases, including a newly recorded audiobook edition of her bestselling memoir From This Moment On.

The 60-year-old music icon will narrate the audiobook herself, giving fans the opportunity to hear her personal story in her own voice more than a decade after the memoir was first published in 2011.

From This Moment On chronicles Twain’s difficult childhood in rural Canada, where she grew up in poverty in an abusive household. The memoir also details how she took responsibility for caring for her siblings after the death of her parents in a car accident when she was 22.

Twain’s story goes on to chart her extraordinary rise to international music stardom, her marriage and the personal challenges she endured before embarking on a journey towards healing.

Twain said returning to From This Moment On for the new audiobook was an emotional and deeply personal experience.

“Revisiting From This Moment On and recording this new audiobook edition has been such a personal and meaningful experience,” Twain said. “These memories hold so many emotions for me — the dreams, the challenges, the heartbreak and the incredible moments I could never have imagined.”

The updated audiobook will also include an exclusive new foreword.

By narrating the memoir herself, Twain hopes to create a more intimate experience for listeners, allowing them to connect with her story as though she were sharing it with them personally.

Expanded Little Miss Twain album coming soon

Twain’s return to her past will coincide with another major release.

Just days after the audiobook arrives, she is scheduled to release an expanded edition of her seventh studio album, Little Miss Twain, which was originally released in July.

The expanded project, titled Little Miss Twain — The Places I’ll Go, will feature five additional songs, giving fans more music alongside the singer’s deeply personal memoir.
