Karachi, June 24, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) released its latest shipping activity report on Tuesday to provide vital operational updates for stakeholders and maritime businesses.

The report, compiled at 0800 hours, outlines all significant vessel movements at the port during the past 24 hours, reflecting a busy day of maritime logistics and cargo handling.

According to the report, several vessels were involved in sailing and berthing operations, showcasing the consistent and dynamic nature of shipping activity at one of Pakistan’s most crucial ports. The detailed update covers both incoming and outgoing vessels, their respective cargoes, and associated operational details.

Three vessels successfully departed Port Qasim on Tuesday. Among them was the container vessel M.V. TANJA, which sailed from Berth QT2-II under the management of GAC Shipping. The vessel had completed operations and departed by 11:30 AM. Also departing were M.T. SIYA RAM, carrying 23,500 metric tons of palm oil, and M.T. DS COUGAR, loaded with 10,479 metric tons of phosphoric acid. Both vessels were handled by AL-PINE Marine and sailed from LCT and EVTL berths respectively.

The shipping report also confirmed that multiple vessels berthed at Port Qasim throughout the day. These included M.T. BOW PANTHER, which arrived with a palm oil consignment of over 20,000 metric tons; M.V. PAN RAPIDO, which brought in 54,555 metric tons of pet coke; and container vessels such as M.V. MSC FALCON III, M.V. VALENCE, and M.V. FSL KELANG, emphasizing Port Qasim’s role in handling both bulk and containerized cargo efficiently.

Additionally, M.T. WECO MALOU berthed with 31,500 metric tons of palm oil while M.T. EPIC SENTOSA docked carrying 5,510 metric tons of LPG. The report highlights the smooth coordination between port authorities and shipping agents such as AL-PINE Marine, MSC Pakistan, and Eastwind Shipping.
