Cricket South Africa (CSA) has officially unveiled the schedule for the men’s and women’s senior teams in their upcoming 2025-26 home season.
South Africa will host an exciting array of international fixtures, featuring competitive series against West Indies, Ireland, and Pakistan.
With the ICC Men’s and Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 on the horizon, both South Africa’s teams will be focused on fine-tuning their skills in the shortest format. The Proteas had an impressive campaign in the previous edition, finishing as runners-up, and they will be eager to take it a step further this time.
The South Africa Men’s team will engage in a five-match T20I series against West Indies, beginning on January 27, 2026. This highly anticipated series will provide crucial preparation for the Proteas as they build momentum ahead of the global tournament.
Meanwhile, South Africa Women will face Ireland and Pakistan in consecutive limited-overs series. Their campaign begins with a three-match T20I series against Ireland in December 2025, followed by a three-match ODI series. They will then take on Pakistan Women in February 2026, playing three T20Is and three ODIs. These matches will be pivotal for South Africa’s preparations, allowing them to test their squad depth and strategies before the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup later in the year.
