On this day, predominantly cold and dry weather is anticipated in most plain areas of the country, while the northern parts are expected to be very cold and partly cloudy. In contrast, southwestern Balochistan may witness light to moderate rain, accompanied by wind and thunderstorms, with the possibility of snowfall over mountains. Additionally, dense fog and smog are likely to persist in the plain areas of Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, and upper Sindh. Frost is expected to form at a few places in the Pothohar region and Kashmir during the morning hours.

Recorded lowest minimum temperatures in the past 24 hours include Leh at -12°C, Skardu at -07°C, Kalam at -06°C, Gilgit, Gupis, Astore at -05°C, Rawalakot at -04°C, and Kalat and Dir at -03°C.
