Los Angeles, November 8, 2025 – Euphoria star Sydney Sweeney shared a hilarious and slightly terrifying story on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, revealing she nearly threw up while skydiving after a night of partying.
The 28-year-old actress recounted that she went barhopping with her cousins in a small town that “has three bars and one church,” before waking up only a few hours later to go skydiving.
“I went barhopping until 3 a.m. And then I went skydiving at six,” she laughed, explaining how little sleep and too much fun almost made her regret the decision mid-air.
When Colbert showed a photo of her screaming during the jump, Sydney admitted, “No, I’m scared of heights,” and joked that she was worried “stuff would come out,” adding, “I would not be the only thing falling out of the sky.”
Despite her fear and hangover, Sydney called the experience “a blast,” saying she was hypnotized by the breathtaking view during the jump.
The actress added that she jumped over a lake, prompting Colbert to quip, “If you hit a lake at terminal velocity, it still doesn’t go well,” making the audience burst into laughter.
Later in the interview, the Anyone But You star shared that she had dreamed of acting since childhood and even made a five-year business plan at age 10 to convince her parents. She also revealed she recently bought back her great-grandmother’s Idaho home, which she fondly calls “Camp Run Amok.”
