Taylor Swift is treating fans to an early holiday gift as Disney+ announced that the final two episodes of her six-part documentary series, The End of An Era, will premiere ahead of schedule.

Originally set for December 26, episodes five and six will now release on December 23, while episodes three and four are set to drop December 19. Disney+ described the schedule change on X as “an early gift to fans around the world” and shared a sneak peek of the upcoming episodes.

The docuseries provides Swifties with an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the creation of Taylor Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour, featuring rehearsals, personal reflections, and moments from the tour’s production.

Swift previewed the series in New York alongside Disney Entertainment co-chairman Dana Walden ahead of its December 12 debut. The series launched on Disney+ at midnight, coinciding with the release of Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show, showcasing Swift’s post–Tortured Poets version of her concert.

In the first episode, Swift revealed the inspiration behind the Eras Tour. She shared that the concept was influenced by two challenging moments: the sale of her music catalog (which she later repurchased) and her decision to rerecord her albums, along with the pause created by the pandemic.

“What if I did a tour that celebrated all of these different moments in my life and career?” Swift explained, describing the birth of the “eras” concept.

Her mother, Andrea Swift, recalled being told that the show would last three hours, a plan that initially surprised her team.

The next episodes of The End of An Era arrive on Disney+ at midnight Pacific: episodes three and four on December 19, and the final two episodes on December 23. Fans can expect a mix of concert highlights, personal insights, and behind-the-scenes moments that celebrate Swift’s journey and career milestones.
