Tecno has officially launched the Spark Go 3, expanding its budget smartphone lineup with a focus on modern features at an affordable price point.
The new device comes with a high refresh rate display, a large battery, and the latest Android version, making it an attractive option for entry-level smartphone users. The Tecno Spark Go 3 will go on sale starting January 23.
The smartphone is powered by the Unison T7250 chipset, paired with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Users can further expand storage via a dedicated microSD card slot, ensuring ample space for apps, photos, and videos. On the software front, the Spark Go 3 runs Android 15 out of the box and includes Tecno’s Ella AI assistant, bringing smart AI-driven features to a budget-friendly device.
One of the key highlights of the Tecno Spark Go 3 is its 6.74-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. This higher refresh rate delivers smoother scrolling and improved visual performance, a feature rarely seen in smartphones at this price range.
For photography, the Spark Go 3 features a 13MP single rear camera with an LED flash, suitable for everyday photography. On the front, the device houses an 8MP selfie camera, positioned inside a large cutout, designed for video calls and social media use.
The handset is backed by a 5,000mAh battery, which should comfortably last a full day on a single charge. It supports 15W wired charging, allowing users to top up the battery reasonably quickly. Additional features include an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, 4G connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a USB Type-C port, and support for expandable storage.
The Tecno Spark Go 3 is priced at INR 8,999 (around $99) for the single 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. It will be available in Aurora Purple, Galaxy Blue, Ink Black, and Titanium Grey color options. With its combination of a 120Hz display, solid battery life, and up-to-date software, the Tecno Spark Go 3 aims to deliver strong value in the competitive budget smartphone segment.
