Tom Holland has reportedly been hospitalized after suffering a stunt accident on the set of his upcoming film Spider-Man: Brand New Day, leading to a temporary halt in production.

According to reports, the 29-year-old Marvel star sustained a head injury over the weekend after a fall during filming at Leavesden Studios in Watford. The incident left him with a concussion, and he was rushed to hospital by ambulance for immediate treatment.

An East of England Ambulance Service spokesperson confirmed the emergency, stating, “We were called at 10.30am on Friday to attend to a patient who had sustained an injury at Leavesden Studios in Watford. An ambulance was sent to the scene, and the patient was transported to hospital for further care.”

Following the accident, production on the £150 million Marvel blockbuster has been suspended. Reports suggest that filming could remain on hold for several weeks as Holland recovers from the injury.

Despite the setback, the actor’s condition has shown signs of improvement. Just days after the incident, Holland attended the Posh Pub Quiz charity event hosted by The Brothers Trust at Christie’s auction house in London. He was accompanied by his fiancée, actress Zendaya, and his father, Dominic Holland, who confirmed his son would be stepping away from filming duties “for a while” to focus on recovery.

However, eyewitnesses noted that the Devil All the Time actor left the event earlier than expected after reportedly feeling unwell.

Tom Holland’s accident has sparked concern among fans worldwide, with many sending messages of support and well-wishes for his recovery. The highly anticipated Spider-Man: Brand New Day is expected to resume production once the actor is fully fit to return to set.
