Toyota Vehicles Become Costlier in Pakistan After Freight Charges Increased

Buying a Toyota vehicle in Pakistan is set to become more expensive, as freight charges have been revised upward by Indus Motor Company (IMC).

The company has updated transportation costs following a sharp rise in fuel prices, which has significantly increased logistics expenses across the country.

Reportedly the company shared, fuel costs surged from Rs 335 to Rs 520, creating heavy pressure on nationwide vehicle delivery operations.

Since transportation is a major component of vehicle pricing outside Karachi, the increase has directly impacted freight charges for all Toyota models.

IMC confirmed that the new freight rates are effective immediately. However, there is some relief for customers.

Those who already placed “Good to Go” full-payment orders in the system will continue to receive vehicles at existing freight rates, provided the full payment NCS is completed by April 17, 2026. This limited-time window allows buyers to lock in previous pricing. ⏳

Below are the updated city-wise Toyota freight rates, divided into four regions:

Corolla / Yaris Freight Charges

For Toyota Corolla and Yaris buyers, the revised freight charges are:

Karachi / Hyderabad: PKR 30,000

Sukkur: PKR 59,000

Multan / Quetta: PKR 96,000

North / Faisalabad: PKR 125,000

These entry-level sedans see a noticeable increase, especially for northern deliveries.

Fortuner Freight Charges

Toyota Fortuner buyers will face higher logistics costs:

Karachi / Hyderabad: PKR 37,000

Sukkur: PKR 74,000

Multan / Quetta: PKR 119,000

North / Faisalabad: PKR 148,000

The increase reflects higher transport expenses for larger SUVs.

Hiace / Camry Freight Charges

For premium and commercial variants like Hiace and Camry:

Karachi / Hyderabad: PKR 37,000

Sukkur: PKR 74,000

Multan / Quetta: PKR 119,000

North / Faisalabad: PKR 148,000

These models follow the same revised structure as Fortuner.

Land Cruiser Freight Charges

The flagship Toyota Land Cruiser now carries the highest freight costs:

Karachi / Hyderabad: PKR 59,000

Sukkur: PKR 148,000

Multan / Quetta: PKR 222,000

North / Faisalabad: PKR 296,000

Customers in northern regions will experience the biggest jump due to longer transport distances.

The revision highlights how fuel price volatility continues to impact vehicle ownership costs in Pakistan.

Buyers planning to purchase a Toyota vehicle may consider completing payments quickly to avoid further increases.
