Changan Pakistan had increased car prices following the imposition of 25 per cent sales tax and the devaluation of Pakistani Rupee (PKR) against the US Dollar.
Additionally, the company has been compelled to increase their vehicle prices due to elevated raw material expenses, thus transferring the burden to consumers.
The car has been introduced in three variants including, Comfort 1.37L MT, DCT Comfort 1.5L and Lumiere. The prices of three variants as on April 03, 2023 are given below:
The price of Changan Alsvin Comfort 1.37L MT has been increased by Rs220,000 to Rs4,149,000 as compared to previous price tag of Rs3,929,000.
The price of Changan Alsvin DCT Comfort 1.5L has been increased by Rs460,000 to Rs4,699,000 as compared to previous price tag of Rs4,239,000.
The price of Changan Alsvin Lumiere has been increased by Rs400,000 to Rs4,999,000 as compared to previous price tag of Rs4,599,000.
Changan Alsvin was launched in Pakistan on January 11, 2021. The car is locally manufactured by Master Changan Motors Limited.
The car is available in colors including Galaxy Black, Space Grey, Lunar Silver, Stellar White, Nebula Blue and Cosmic Red.
Engine of Changan Aslvin:
Changan Alsvin Comfort 1.37L MT is powered by 1.37L Blue Core Engine with engine capacity of 1370cc which produces 99 horse powers and 135 NM torque through 5-speed manual transmission.
Both, Changan Alsvin DCT Comfort 1.5L and Lumiere variants are powered by 1.5L Blue Core Engine with engine capacity of 1480cc which produces 105 horse powers and 145 NM torque through 5-speed dual clutch transmission.

Exterior of Changan Alsvin:
The car features LED curve lamp with bright white lights designed to perform in sunniest days. This piano black antenna fin has an angular style which adds to the overall vehicle design.
The elegant flowing dual waist design provides aerodynamic streamline motion as well as low wind resistance which provides fuel economy by reducing drag and saving fuel.
The car is able to project beam in foggy and rainy conditions through its dual-beam halogen projection headlamp and leveling device.
Interior of Changan Alsvin:
The driver oriented cockpit brings all the vehicle controls within arm’s reach giving the driver full confidence on road. The D Shaped steering designed look sporty and provide increase leg room.
The digital RPM screen provides vehicle information without letting go of the steering wheel. It indicates fuel consumption pattern, distance to empty, trip meter, gear shift reminder for manual drive and all door open indicator to ensure safety and ease of mind.
