Upper Sindh Braces for Extreme Heat on May 13

Hot and Dry Weather

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has issued a heat advisory for the upper districts of Sindh province, warning residents to brace for extreme heat on Monday, May 13, 2024.

According to the weather forecast, mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most districts of Sindh, with temperatures soaring to very high levels in the upper regions. Additionally, there is a possibility of dust raising and gusty winds during the evening and night hours.

However, relief may come in the form of rain, wind, and thunderstorms in Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and adjoining hilly areas.
