Karachi, February 10, 2026 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) on Tuesday released its daily vessels movement report to facilitate shipping agents, importers, exporters, and other stakeholders involved in maritime trade.
The shipping operations update, issued at 8:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PST), covers the vessels movement during the past 24 hours at Port Qasim, one of Pakistan’s busiest deep-sea ports.
Berthing of vessels
According to the PQA, three vessels were berthed at various terminals, handling a range of import commodities including liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), containerized cargo, and coal.
• M.T Galaxy Gas, with a length overall (LOA) of 107 meters, berthed at the EVTL terminal at 09:00 AM. The vessel is carrying 3,417 metric tons of LPG, and is being handled by Universal Shipping.
• M.V GFS Genesis, measuring 240 meters in length, docked at QT2-II at 09:00 AM for container handling operations. The vessel is being managed by X-Press Feeders.
• M.V Greco Libero, with an LOA of 199.90 meters, arrived at the PIBT terminal at 06:30 PM carrying 59,958 metric tons of coal. The ship is being represented by Ocean Services.
Shipping operations remain smooth
The Port Qasim Authority stated that port operations remained smooth and efficient, with no major congestion reported during the last 24 hours. PQA continues to monitor vessel movements closely to ensure timely berthing, cargo handling, and departure, aimed at maintaining operational efficiency and minimizing delays.
Stakeholders were advised to stay updated with daily shipping reports for accurate planning and coordination of cargo operations at the port.
