Warm weather continues to grip Karachi

Hot and Dry Weather

Karachi, October 19, 2025 – Karachi, Pakistan’s financial and commercial hub, is set to experience persistently warm weather over the coming days as temperatures continue to soar, according to the latest forecast from AccuWeather.

Meteorologists predict that daytime temperatures will range between 37°C and 38°C through Wednesday, with minimal chances of rainfall across the city. The RealFeel® temperature is expected to hover around 39°C, indicating that the heat will feel slightly more intense due to dry air and direct sunlight.

The forecast suggests clear skies and long periods of sunshine from Sunday to midweek. Winds will blow gently from the northwest and northeast at speeds between 9 and 13 km/h, providing only limited relief from the warm conditions. With humidity levels remaining moderate, the overall weather pattern will stay dry and hot throughout the period.

Health experts have advised Karachi residents to take extra precautions during the afternoon hours when the sun is at its peak. The UV index is expected to remain around 6.0, categorized as unhealthy for sensitive groups. Authorities recommend staying hydrated, wearing lightweight and breathable clothing, and avoiding prolonged outdoor exposure, especially for children and the old-age.

As October progresses, no significant change in weather patterns is anticipated, and the city’s residents should brace for continued sunny and hot conditions typical of this time of year. Karachi’s warm spell appears set to persist well into the coming week.
