Disney has officially lifted the curtain on its much-anticipated sequel to the blockbuster animated hit Zootopia, revealing a star-studded expansion to its already beloved cast.

Fans can rejoice as Ginnifer Goodwin returns as the determined rabbit cop Judy Hopps and Jason Bateman reprises his role as the sly but now reformed fox-turned-officer Nick Wilde.

Adding fresh excitement to Zootopia 2, the sequel welcomes four major new voices: Andy Samberg, David Strathairn, Macaulay Culkin, and Brenda Song. The quartet will portray the Lynxleys, a powerful and influential family central to the city’s history. Known as the builders of Zootopia’s vital weather walls—structures that keep the diverse biomes thriving—the Lynxleys promise to play a key role in the unfolding story.

According to early details, Samberg takes on the role of Pawbert Lynxley, the easy-going youngest sibling of the family. Strathairn voices Milton Lynxley, the dignified patriarch who carries the family’s legacy. Culkin appears as Cattrick Lynxley, the ambitious and calculating eldest son, while Song voices Kitty Lynxley, the witty and sharp-tongued daughter.

The official logline teases a gripping adventure: “Detectives Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde find themselves chasing a mysterious reptile who throws the entire mammal metropolis of Zootopia into chaos. To solve the case, the pair must go undercover in unfamiliar neighborhoods, testing their growing partnership like never before.”

Returning directors Jared Bush and Byron Howard are helming the project, with Bush also penning the screenplay. Both creatives were instrumental in shaping the original Zootopia, ensuring continuity in tone and heart.

Additional characters will be voiced by Ke Huy Quan, Fortune Feimster, Quinta Brunson, and Patrick Warburton, adding further depth to the sequel’s colorful world.

Zootopia 2 is slated to hit theaters on November 26.
