The Grammy-winning singer revealed that her custom feather-adorned bridal gown included an embroidered detail inspired by her dog and a favourite London park.

Dua Lipa has revealed a heartwarming detail hidden in her wedding dress, sharing that her custom Chanel Haute Couture gown featured an embroidery of her beloved dog.

Almost five months after marrying British actor Callum Turner, the singer opened up about her wedding outfit at the 2026 WSJ Magazine Innovator Awards.

Describing the gown, Dua called it the “most beautiful thing I’d ever seen and I’d ever worn”. The bespoke creation was designed by Chanel creative director Matthieu Blazy, marking his first bridal design for the fashion house’s Haute Couture collection.

The singer said the experience was one of the most unforgettable moments of her life, highlighting the personal touches incorporated into the elaborate outfit.

According to Dua, Blazy included deeply meaningful details in the design, including an embroidery depicting the couple’s dog in their favourite park in London.

She described the gown as a masterpiece, praising the extraordinary precision, care and personal meaning behind its creation.

The singer also joked about the dramatic design process, revealing that when Blazy asked how much drama and how many feathers she wanted, her response was simply, “Yes.”

Reflecting on the special outfit, Dua said she would one day tell her grandchildren that their granny got married wearing Chanel couture.

Dua Lipa and Callum Turner tied the knot in May 2026 after dating for approximately two and a half years. Their wedding gown has since attracted attention for its intricate craftsmanship and sentimental details.
