Hyundai Pakistan to start Elantra 1.6 SE deliveries, showroom display begins

Hyundai Pakistan confirms the Elantra 1.6 Special Edition will soon arrive at dealerships, with deliveries expected to begin in August.

Hyundai Pakistan has announced that deliveries of the Hyundai Elantra 1.6 Special Edition are expected to begin soon, with the company also confirming that the sedan is now ready to be showcased at dealerships across the country.

The latest update indicates that customers who have booked the vehicle may receive their cars during August.

The automaker shared that the Elantra 1.6 Special Edition is prepared for showroom display, allowing potential buyers to experience the sedan in person before making a purchase.

Hyundai encouraged customers to explore the vehicle’s premium cabin, refined styling, and enhanced features at authorized dealerships in the coming days.

The company also hinted that the delivery schedule aligns with its previously announced August timeline, suggesting that the first batch of customer deliveries is now imminent.

This development comes shortly after Hyundai introduced the updated Elantra 1.6 Special Edition, bringing the popular sedan back to the local market with several feature enhancements while retaining its stylish design and comfortable driving experience.

The latest version of the Elantra 1.6 receives a number of notable upgrades aimed at improving convenience, safety, and overall comfort. Exterior enhancements include Tetra LED automatic headlamps with integrated daytime running lights (DRLs), LED rear combination lamps, black side mirrors, black door visors, a black shark-fin antenna, and a rear spoiler featuring Smart Trunk Release.

Inside the cabin, Hyundai has added several premium features, including an 8-way powered driver’s seat with lumbar support, a powered sunroof, rear AC vents, wireless smartphone charging, cruise control, and a push-start button with smart entry. The sedan also offers four selectable drive modes—Sport, Smart, Eco, and Normal—allowing drivers to tailor the vehicle’s performance according to road and driving conditions. A protective trunk mat is also included as part of the Special Edition package.

Hyundai Pakistan has priced the Elantra 1.6 Special Edition at an ex-factory price of Rs6,449,000, while the booking amount has been set at Rs1,500,000. With showroom displays about to begin and deliveries expected shortly, the company is preparing for the next phase of the sedan’s return to the Pakistani market.
