Hot and Dry Weather

KARACHI, April 22, 2026 – The mercury is expected to rise in Karachi, Pakistan’s largest city and commercial hub, over the coming days as warm and dry conditions persist, according to the latest forecast from AccuWeather.

Forecast data shows temperatures gradually climbing from Thursday through Sunday, with daytime highs ranging between 34°C and 37°C and nighttime lows between 25°C and 26°C. Conditions are expected to remain mostly dry, with only minimal chances of rain, while breezy winds continue across the coastal city.

On Thursday, temperatures are expected to reach 34°C with a low of 25°C, featuring broken intervals and breezy afternoon winds from the west at around 22 km/h. Friday is forecast to be slightly warmer at 35°C, with partly sunny skies and gusty west-southwest winds near 20 km/h.

Heat intensity is expected to peak over the weekend. Saturday and Sunday are forecast to reach highs of 37°C with hazy sunshine and breezy conditions. RealFeel temperatures may climb to 40°C, while the UV index remains at 11, categorised as very high, raising health risks during peak afternoon hours.
