Revised pricing gives Sorento hybrid buyers savings of up to Rs2.5 million
Lucky Motor Corporation (LMC) has introduced a limited-time pricing campaign for the Kia Sorento hybrid range in Pakistan, substantially lowering the cost of its HEV and PHEV variants. The revised prices take effect from October 7, 2026.
The campaign covers three electrified Sorento variants, while the 3.5-liter V6 version remains excluded. The latest move comes as LMC marks a decade of operations in Pakistan and celebrates the sale of more than 100,000 units across its markets.
Under the new pricing structure, the Kia Sorento 1.6T FWD HEV is now priced at Rs15,499,000 ex-factory. The variant previously carried a price tag of Rs16,299,000, meaning buyers can now save Rs800,000.
The 1.6T AWD HEV has received a considerably larger reduction. Its price has fallen from Rs17,899,000 to Rs15,499,000, translating into savings of Rs2.4 million.
The revised pricing puts the FWD and AWD HEV versions at exactly the same price. This makes the all-wheel-drive configuration considerably more accessible under the current promotional offer, as the previous price difference between the two variants has effectively disappeared.
The biggest reduction has been reserved for the Sorento 1.6T AWD PHEV. Its previous ex-factory price of Rs18,999,000 has been reduced to Rs16,499,000, giving customers a Rs2.5 million saving.
Despite receiving the largest discount, the PHEV continues to sit above the two HEV variants, with a Rs1 million difference compared with the promotional price of the FWD and AWD HEV models.
The plug-in hybrid is also the newest electrified addition to the Sorento lineup in Pakistan. Its introduction expanded Kia’s local offering beyond the conventional V6 and 1.6-liter hybrid configurations.
LMC has positioned the latest campaign around its 10-year milestone in Pakistan and the achievement of crossing the 100,000-unit sales mark. The company has not indicated that the promotional pricing will become permanent, meaning the reduced rates are available for a limited period.
With the latest adjustment, the Kia Sorento hybrid lineup now starts at Rs15,499,000, while the PHEV variant is available at Rs16,499,000. The campaign represents one of the most significant price revisions for the SUV’s hybrid range in the local market.
