Kim Kardashian balances raising four children, managing a five-nanny support team and protecting her kids from constant public attention.
Kim Kardashian’s demanding life as a mother of four has come under the spotlight, including the extensive support network she relies on to help care for her children.
The reality star has five nannies in total, with one working at a time while the others rotate. Kardashian shares four children with Kanye West — North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm — and remains closely involved in their upbringing and day-to-day lives.
Kardashian has also spoken about protecting her children from excessive public attention, particularly as their lives continue to attract interest because of their famous parents.
She has revealed that her eldest daughter, North, is more interested in being in front of the camera than her younger siblings. However, Kardashian said she tries to slow things down for North rather than allowing her to accept every opportunity that comes her way.
North has already shown an interest in music and has released songs of her own. Kardashian explained that she and West communicate more closely when it comes to their daughter’s music career, ensuring they both agree on the projects she takes part in.
North’s choices have occasionally sparked public debate. She faced criticism after showing a dermal piercing on her finger at the age of 12, later appearing to address the reaction on TikTok and making it clear that she was not concerned by the criticism.
Despite the attention, North continues to explore music and recently collaborated with Lil Novi, the son of rapper Lil Wayne.
