The singer reportedly met TikToker Cash Jacobs after her Hollywood Bowl performance, offering words of encouragement as she prepared to begin chemotherapy.
Miley Cyrus has reportedly touched a fan’s heart by meeting cancer patient and TikToker Cash Jacobs after a Hollywood Bowl performance in Los Angeles, offering support during one of the most difficult periods of her life.
Jacobs had shared an emotional video ahead of the show, opening up about her fears of starting chemotherapy and feeling self-conscious about losing her hair.
She explained that she planned to wear a wig to the concert but would remove it and wave it in the air if Cyrus called out her name, hoping the singer would be able to spot her in the crowd.
Although the hoped-for moment did not happen during the first night of the show, Jacobs later revealed that Cyrus’ team reached out to her, leading to a personal meeting with the singer.
In an update video, Jacobs described the encounter as a significant moment in her life, saying Cyrus had taken the time to meet her and help her through one of her scariest and most intimate experiences.
The clip features Cyrus offering words of encouragement, reminding Jacobs that she could be “soft and strong at the same time”.
Cyrus also expressed gratitude for their meeting and reflected on the power of music to bring people together.
“Thank you to the universe for bringing us together and celebrating our connection and what music does for the world,” the singer said, adding that she felt honoured to share the moment with Jacobs.
The encounter has highlighted the personal connections artists can build with fans, particularly during challenging times.
