Oppo is preparing to launch its next-generation Reno15 series, following the release of the Reno14 and Reno14 Pro earlier this year.

The popular mid-range lineup typically receives two updates annually, meaning the arrival of the Reno15 family is now just around the corner.

According to recent leaks, Oppo plans to introduce three main models in the upcoming series — the Reno15, Reno15 Pro, and Reno15 Pro Max. Interestingly, the company appears to be adopting Apple-style naming conventions, similar to what Xiaomi has done in its flagship lineup.

The most premium model, the Oppo Reno15 Pro Max, is rumored to feature a 6.78-inch flat LTPO OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals and vibrant colors. Under the hood, the smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, promising flagship-level performance and efficiency.

In the camera department, the Reno15 Pro Max is said to include a triple rear camera setup, headlined by a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP5 main sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens, and an ultrawide camera. For selfies, the phone will sport a 50MP front-facing camera, ideal for high-quality portraits and video calls.

Battery details remain under wraps, but leaks suggest a capacity of around 6,500mAh, offering extended usage time. The device will also feature an in-display fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 7, and NFC support, along with Android 16 running on ColorOS 16 straight out of the box.

The Oppo Reno15 lineup, including the Reno15 Pro Max, is expected to debut in China later this year, followed by a global launch in early 2026, reaching major markets such as India.

With its high-end camera system, powerful chipset, and next-gen features, the Reno15 Pro Max aims to redefine performance in the mid-range category and compete closely with rivals like Xiaomi and Samsung in the upcoming year.
