Islamabad, February 17, 2026 – The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) of Pakistan has forecast generally pleasant weather across the country during the holy month of Ramazan, with daytime temperatures expected to rise gradually while nights remain relatively cool. The authority emphasized that residents and institutions should stay updated on weather alerts to ensure safety during the month.

According to the National Emergencies Operation Center (NEOC), most parts of Pakistan are likely to experience dry weather during the first ten days of Ramazan, with only light rain expected in northern and western regions. Nights are predicted to remain cold in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and northern Balochistan.

During the second ten days, temperatures are expected to rise moderately, with isolated rain showers forecast in northern areas, central Punjab, and Potohar. The NEOC also warned that some locations may experience gusty winds and thunderstorms during this period.

In the final ten days of Ramazan, rainfall is expected across different parts of the country, particularly in northern Pakistan and central Punjab. Meanwhile, a significant rise in temperatures is anticipated in southern Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan toward the end of the month.

The NDMA continues to provide timely alerts and updates to the public and relevant authorities, ensuring preparedness against potential weather risks. Officials advise citizens to monitor local forecasts, follow safety instructions, and take necessary precautions while observing the holy month of Ramazan.
