Karachi, June 13, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) released its official shipping activity report on Friday to provide up-to-date maritime movement details for stakeholders and port users.

This comprehensive report, issued at 0800 hours, covers the shipping activity at the port over the past 24 hours, including berthing and shifting operations of cargo vessels.

According to the shipping activity report, two major vessels were successfully berthed at Port Qasim on June 13, 2025. The first, M.T. Maran Gas Efessos, a large LNG carrier measuring 294 meters in length, arrived with 139,371 metric tons of liquefied natural gas. The vessel was berthed at the Engro Elengy Terminal (EETL) and handled by GSA (Pvt) Ltd. The second vessel, M.T. Hanyu Freesia, measuring 126 meters, brought in 10,030 metric tons of Paraxylene and was berthed at the Engro Vopak Terminal (EVTL) under the agency of Al-Pine Marine.

In addition to berthing operations, the shipping activity report highlighted the shifting of one vessel. The bulk carrier M.V. Phoenix Ocean, with a cargo of 64,206 metric tons of soybean seed, was moved from outer anchorage for repositioning under the management of Ocean Services.

This daily shipping activity update ensures transparency and aids coordination among terminal operators, shipping agents, logistics providers, and regulatory authorities operating at Port Qasim.
