Samsung Gaming Hub unleashes an epic library of 3,000 games

Samsung Gaming Hub has unleashed an epic library of 3,000 games with Antstream Arcade and Blacknut partnership.

The rollout of these exciting gaming services begins today, providing users with access to nearly 3,000 games. Samsung is committed to making gaming accessible to players of all ages and has partnered with industry-leading game streaming platforms, including Xbox, NVIDIA GeForce NOW, Amazon Luna, and Utomik.

With the inclusion of Antstream Arcade’s 1,400 arcade classics and Blacknut’s 500 premium family titles and exclusive games, Samsung users now have more options than ever before.

Mike Lucero, Head of Product Management for Gaming at Samsung Electronics, expressed his enthusiasm for the expansion of the Samsung Gaming Hub: “Samsung Gaming Hub offers players more ways to access the titles they love and discover new ones to play from our game streaming partners, no console required.

With Antstream Arcade and Blacknut, we’ve made games even easier to jump into. Now all you need to do is pick up your Samsung TV remote to enjoy great games like ‘Pac-Man’ and ‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire?’, or pair your Bluetooth controller to access thousands of world-class games across genres. With more games and more ways to play, there has never been a better time to play games on Samsung Gaming Hub.”

Antstream Arcade, known as the world’s largest cloud retro gaming service, brings a treasure trove of over 1,400 classic games and 500 mini-challenges to Samsung Smart TVs and Monitors through the Samsung Gaming Hub. Players can indulge in timeless arcade favorites like “Galaga,” “Dig Dug,” and “Double Dragon” with ease.

For a limited time, Antstream Arcade is offering a discounted 12-month access subscription for only $12 (or £12 or €12 depending on the region), allowing gamers to enjoy a vast catalog of retro games at a significantly reduced price.

Steve Cottam, CEO of Antstream Arcade, expressed his excitement about the partnership with Samsung Gaming Hub: “Antstream Arcade delivers the best retro arcade video game streaming experience, and we’re proud to align with strong partners like Samsung Gaming Hub that can help us reach more players. We’ve experienced firsthand the excitement people have playing the games of their youth and sharing those games with the next generation of gamers.”

To commemorate the launch of Antstream Arcade on Samsung devices, a global tournament will be held on the classic platformer spin master, giving players a chance to win a lifetime subscription to Antstream and enter a prize draw for one of three annual subscriptions. To participate in the tournament, players can visit antstream.com.

Blacknut, an online video game streaming service, is also joining forces with Samsung Gaming Hub. With a monthly subscription, users gain instant access to a diverse collection of hundreds of games. Offering over 500 premium titles suitable for the whole family, Blacknut provides five simultaneous player profiles and a game library accessible across various screens.

With carefully curated content and optional parental controls, Blacknut’s gaming catalog caters to younger players as well. Junior gamers can enjoy delightful adventures based on beloved children’s TV shows like “PAW Patrol” and the “Gigantosaurus” series through a pin-protected profile.

As an exclusive offering for Samsung consumers, Blacknut will provide new users with a 15-day free trial to explore the extensive game catalog and play any of the 500+ premium video games on select 2022 and 2023 Samsung TVs.

Nabil Laredj, VP of Business Development & Licensing at Blacknut, expressed his excitement about the partnership with Samsung Gaming Hub: “Blacknut is thrilled to partner with Samsung Gaming Hub and introduce our catalog to the popular game streaming platform. With over 500 games and options for everyone, we are excited to be able to bring cloud gaming to the whole family in a whole new way.”

Samsung Gaming Hub will showcase its latest offerings at the Summer Game Fest in Los Angeles next week, providing players with more games, more screens, and more ways to pick up and play. Antstream Arcade and Blacknut will be prominently featured at the Samsung Gaming Hub booth alongside gaming partners Xbox, NVIDIA GeForce Now, Amazon Luna, and Utomik, further expanding the gaming options available to Samsung users.
