The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia has officially opened bookings for Hajj 2025, allowing citizens and residents to secure their pilgrimage packages through the Nusuk app and its online portal.
This initiative reflects Saudi Arabia’s ongoing commitment to enhancing access to Hajj and ensuring a smooth, well-organized experience for all pilgrims.
As part of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to facilitate a spiritually enriching pilgrimage, priority will be given to first-time pilgrims. The Saudi Press Agency reported that this measure is designed to help more Muslims fulfill one of Islam’s five pillars in an inclusive and supportive environment. Saudi Arabia continues to expand its services to accommodate increasing numbers of worshippers while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Health requirements remain a key aspect of the Hajj process, with all pilgrims required to complete the mandatory meningitis vaccination. Appointments for vaccinations can be scheduled through the Sehhaty app. The Nusuk platform streamlines the booking experience by offering various payment options and allowing pilgrims to purchase essential Hajj supplies, such as ihram clothing and personal necessities. Additionally, flight bookings can be managed directly within the Hajj packages.
Many residents across Saudi Arabia have welcomed the announcement. Alkhobar resident Arif Anwar expressed his excitement, stating, “It’s great news, I was waiting for it. Now I will make the booking via Nusuk for me and my family.” Similarly, Abdulrahman Qahtani from Jeddah shared his enthusiasm, saying, “It was awaited. I am keen to perform Hajj this year, and by fulfilling the requirements mentioned by the ministry, I will now apply via Nusuk.”
Hajj Packages and Pricing Saudi Arabia has introduced four categories of Hajj packages:
