According to Variety, footage from the third Spider-Verse film appeared on X this week. Miller addressed the leak on Friday, expressing frustration over unfinished material being shared publicly.
The leaked footage is reportedly not a completed version of the trailer. Miller described the material as unfinished and not fully rendered, highlighting the challenges faced by filmmakers and animation teams when incomplete work is distributed without permission.
Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse release date
Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on June 18, 2027. The film will continue the story of Miles Morales following Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and is expected to conclude his animated Spider-Man journey.
The project has faced multiple delays since the release of the previous instalment, increasing anticipation among fans eager to see how Miles’ story will conclude.

Earlier this year, the full version of Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender reportedly leaked months before its planned Paramount+ debut. An arrest was later made in Singapore in connection with the unauthorised access and distribution of the footage.
