Honda has introduced a news Sport-L trim to the 2024 CR-V lineup, which offers hybrid-electric power for a thrilling driving experience. This move has further solidified the CR-V’s position as the top-selling Honda SUV.
With the introduction of the Sport-L trim, the 2024 CR-V now offers three turbocharged trims (LX, EX, and EX-L) and three hybrid-powered trims (Sport, Sport-L, and Sport Touring). The hybrid-electric models have gained significant popularity, accounting for more than 50 per cent of CR-V sales.

Pricing for the 2024 Honda CR-V starts at $29,500 MSRP for the LX 2WD. For those seeking hybrid-electric power, the 2024 CR-V Sport 2WD starts at $33,350 MSRP. Positioned between the turbocharged EX-L and the range-topping Sport Touring hybrid model, the new hybrid-electric Sport-L 2WD comes with a price tag of $36,350 MSRP.

Powertrain:
Notably, the CR-V hybrid models are a crucial part of Honda’s electrification strategy. These models feature Honda’s advanced 4th-generation two-motor hybrid system, delivering a combined system output of 204 horsepower and 247 lb.-ft. of torque. Furthermore, the hybrid powertrain offers a substantial increase in fuel economy compared to the 1.5L Turbo powertrain.
