Reports indicate that Apple will introduce a suite of AI-powered features under the “Apple Intelligence” banner during the WWDC keynote on Monday.
This clever play on the AI acronym marks a significant step forward in integrating artificial intelligence into Apple’s ecosystem.
The forthcoming iOS 18 will heavily emphasize productivity enhancements and everyday task assistance, embedding AI deeply into Apple’s system apps. Among the standout features is the ability for Safari to generate summaries of web pages, and for Messages and Mail to offer rich, context-aware replies.
Additionally, an AI-powered algorithm will streamline email organization, ensuring a tidier inbox, while Messages will summarize notifications to keep users informed at a glance.
The Photos app is set to receive advanced editing tools, including Apple’s version of the Smart Eraser, akin to Google’s Photos app feature. These enhancements promise to elevate the photo editing experience for iOS users.
