Price, specs of Honda BR-V 2022 in Pakistan
Honda BR-V 2022 was launched in Pakistan on March 05, 2022. The subcompact crossover SUV was introduced in 2017 which received updates in every launch of new model.
The ex-factory price of Honda BR-V 2022 is Rs5,299,000 for its variant of i-VTEC S.
Honda BR-V is introduced in variety of colors which include Carnelian Red, Urban Titanium, Taffeta White, Lunar Silver Metallic, Morning Mist Blue Metallic, Crystal Black Pearl and Meteoroid Gray Metallic.
Honda BRV 2022 is powered with a 1497cc 4-cylinder, engine which generates a maximum power of 88/6600 kW/rpm at a maximum torque of 145/4600 Nm/rpm.
The vehicle contains CVT transmission and has 4-cylinder engine of 1497cc. The 16 valve, SOHC i-VTech engine generates a maximum power of 88/6600 kW/rpm at a maximum torque of 145/4600 Nm/rpm.
Honda BRV has the fuel capacity of 42 liters. The mileage of the car is 11 km/l in the city and 15 km/l on the highway.
The front bumper with the modern grille is equipped with auto projector headlamps, daytime running lights (DRLs) and fog lamps.

Honda Civic 2022 was launched in Pakistan on March 05, 2022. The car is introduced in three variants Honda Civic Standard, Honda Civic Oriel, and Honda Civic RS.
The ex-factory price of Honda Civic Standard is Rs6,849,000, the price of Civic Oriel is Rs7,099,000, and the price of Civic RS is Rs8,099,000. The car is currently assembled by Honda Atlas in Pakistan.
The vehicle is introduced in variety of colors including Carnelian Red Paint, Urban Titanium Metallic, Taffeta White, Lunar Silver Metallic, Meteoroid Gray Metallic, Morning Mist Blue Metallic, and Crystal Black Pearl.

The variants of Civic Standard and Oriel have come with M-CVT transmission whereas the RS variant has come with LL-CVT transmission.
The exterior design of the car gives it a sporty look. The car contains features which are halogen headlamps, halogen fog lamps and daytime running lights with auto off timer.
Further features are smart key-less entry, multi-function steering wheel with 4-way adjustments, 16-inch alloy wheels, climate control, rear AC vents, push start, electric parking brake with auto brake hold.

Honda Cars Pakistan posts massive 85pc decline in half year profit
Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited on Wednesday announced a massive 85 per cent decline in profit after tax for half year ended September 30, 2022.
According to financial results submitted to Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Honda Cars Pakistan declared Rs273 million as profit after tax for the period April – September 2022 as compared with Rs1.87 billion in the corresponding period of the last year.

The earnings per share (EPS) also restricted to Rs1.91 for the period under review as compared with Rs13.08 in the same period of the last year.
The board of directors of Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited met on November 16, 2022 and approved the financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2022.

Total sales of the company slightly increased to Rs49.79 billion during the half year ended September 30, 2022 when compared with Rs47.74 billion in the same period of the last year.
The company posted gross profit at Rs2.59 billion during April – September 2022 when compared with Rs3.38 billion in the corresponding period of the last year.

Administrative expenses of the company increased to Rs661 million during the period of six months ended September 30, 2022 when compared with Rs503 million in the same months of the last year.
Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited posted loss of Rs385 million during the quarter ended September 30, 2022 when compared with a profit of Rs939 million in the same quarter of the last year.

The Honda Atlas launched the HR-V with two variants, VTi and VTi S. The price of the VTi variant is Rs5,999,000 and VTi S variant is launched with the price of Rs6,199,000.
The booking price of both variants is Rs. 13 lacs, however the delivery status may differ on the time of bookings.
Honda Atlas has offered the warranty which is valid for 3 years or 75,000 kilometers drive for its customers.
The HR-V variants are equipped with a 1.5Lnaturally aspirated engine carrying the capacity to produces 121 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque.

Honda suspends car production in Pakistan
KARACHI: Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited on Monday announced to suspend production due to prevailing economic conditions in the country.
In a communication received by Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the car manufacturer stated that considering the current economic situation of the country, the government had restored to stringent measures including minimizing the import of Completely Knocked Down (CKD) kits and raw materials, the company’s supply chain had also been disrupted by such measures.

“As a result, the company has also to rationalize its production and ultimately to shut down its plant from October 04, 2022 to October 11, 2022,” the company added.
Prior to this, other car manufacturers have also stop production due to same reasons.
Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited is a joint venture between Honda Motor, Japan, and the Atlas Group, Pakistan.

The Company was incorporated on November 04, 1992 and listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.
The joint venture agreement was signed on August 05, 1993. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on April 17, 1993, and within a record time of 11 months, the construction and erection of machinery were completed.
The first car rolled off the assembly line on May 26, 1994. The official inauguration was honored by the then President of Pakistan, Late Sardar Farooq Ahmad Khan Leghari.
Nobuhiko Kawamoto, President of Honda Motor, Japan, and the late Yusuf H. Shirazi; Founder of Atlas Group were also present to grace the occasion.

The Company enlisted on then Karachi & Lahore Stock Exchanges (now Pakistan Stock Exchanges) and Initial Public Offer (IPO) was made in November 1994.
On July 14, 1994, car booking started at six dealerships in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
