Youm-e-Ashura, the 10th of Muharram, holds profound historic and spiritual significance for Muslims across the globe. It marks the day of the great struggle, sacrifice, and martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA), the beloved grandson of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif eloquently stated that on this day, Imam Hussain (RA) and his companions fearlessly confronted oppression, cruelty, and injustice during the battle of Karbala, ultimately embracing martyrdom in the pursuit of righteousness.

PM Shehbaz Sharif stressed that the great sacrifice of Imam Hussain (RA) reaffirms the duty of every individual to strive with unwavering determination for justice, equality, and human dignity.
