FBR notifies promotion of three IRS officers to BS-22

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Saturday notified promotion three officers BS-21 of Inland Revenue Service (IRS) to BS-22 with immediate effect.

According to the notification the prime minister has approved the promotion of IRS officers to BS-22.

The Establishment Division through U.O. No. 7/1/2021-CP-VI dated 20.05.2022 following BS-21 officers of Inland Revenue Service notified the promotion of Inland Revenue Service to BS-22, with immediate effect:-

1) Amir Ali Khan Talpur

2) Dr. Faiz Illahi Memon*

3) Asim Ahmad

The officer at Sr. No. 2 will actualize his promotion at his present place of posting in pursuance of Establishment Division’s Notification No. 5/4/2020-E-1 dated 21.05.2022.

If the officers are drawing Performance Allowance prior to the issuance of this Notification, they will continue to draw this allowance on their promotion.

FBR congratulates the aforementioned officers on their promotion.
