The PMD has released the weather forecast for Tuesday, December 12, 2023, outlining predominantly cold and dry conditions across most plain areas of the country. Northern districts are expected to experience very cold temperatures with partial cloud cover. Additionally, fog and smog are likely to persist in the plain areas of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and upper Sindh during morning and night hours.
As of Monday, December 11, 2023, the weather conditions were reported to be mainly cold and dry in most plain areas of the country, while upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit Baltistan experienced partly cloudy conditions. Similar to the forecast for Tuesday, fog and smog were anticipated to linger in the plain areas of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and upper Sindh.
