Islamabad: In a groundbreaking partnership aimed at transforming the digital payments landscape in Pakistan, easypaisa, the country’s premier digital financial services platform, and Knorr, Unilever’s flagship food brand, have joined hands to pioneer innovation.

This collaboration marks a significant leap forward in the ongoing efforts to modernize and streamline sampling initiatives, representing a convergence of technology and consumer convenience. By harnessing the strengths of easypaisa’s robust digital payment platform and Knorr’s extensive brand presence, the partnership aims to deliver unparalleled value to customers nationwide.

Implemented initially across 20 marketplaces spanning 14 cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Faisalabad, the initiative introduces an interactive Wheel of Fortune (WOF) game to digitalize the product sampling process. Customers purchasing two packs of Knorr Chotu from participating outlets will have the chance to engage with the game, offering them opportunities to win exclusive gifts such as easypaisa ‘peel & win’ voucher codes and additional Knorr Chotu packs.

Redeeming the easypaisa vouchers is a seamless process, requiring customers to scan the QR code provided on the ‘peel & win’ vouchers. Upon successful scanning, customers will be directed to the easypaisa app, where they can enter their unique voucher code within the Knorr branded module. Subsequently, customers will receive Rs. 50 in their easypaisa account balance upon successful redemption.

To ensure continuous improvement and gather valuable insights, a digital customer feedback form will be integrated within the easypaisa app, allowing users to provide real-time feedback on the product and the activity. This commitment to a customer-centric approach underscores the dedication of both easypaisa and Knorr to delivering exceptional experiences.
