Karachi, June 24, 2023: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has declared a bank holiday on July 3, 2023. In a statement released by the central bank, it was announced that all commercial banks will remain closed on this day.

The SBP will be closed for public dealings on Monday, July 3, 2023, and this day will be observed as a Bank Holiday. However, employees of these banks, DFIs, and MFBs will be required to attend the office as usual.
